（中央社記者呂欣憓台北2日電）海軍金江艦誤射雄三飛彈，總統蔡英文今天要求相關部會針對這次事件向周邊國家以及中國大陸做出完整的說明，並重申中華民國維持台海及區域和平穩定的決心，沒有任何改變。
